You can cancel with a full refund within 24 hours of booking or at least 14 days before your charter. If the weather is bad on the day of your charter, you can reschedule for another day at no extra cost.

Things to keep in mind:

• All boats come with life jackets and emergency kits.
• 10% gratuity is optional.
• Payments over $2,000 USD require a wire transfer.
• You can pay by debit or credit card, wire transfer, Paypal, or cash.
• If you have allergies or medical conditions, bring any medications you might need.
• You can bring your own food and drinks or you can pay extra to have the yacht crew provide a chef, catering, and grocery shopping service.
• All yachts have a sound system.
• Children are welcome on board and are counted as passengers.
• Pets are generally not allowed because they may get seasick, but some yachts do allow pets. Ask about pet policies before you book your charter.
• All vessels come with life jackets, emergency kits, and first-aid kits.
• You can bring your own food and alcohol.
• Payment is due 10 days before your charter date.
• A wire transfer is required for charters over $5,000 USD.
• High season is from March 25 to April 16, June 1 to July 31, November 8 to 15, and December 15 to January 20.
• If you are a resident of Colombia, a 19% tax will be added to your bill.
